1. Is this store run by the Brisbane Bandits?
Yes, this site is owned and operated by the Brisbane Bandits.
2. What can and cant be purchased at the Stadium on game day?
All items will be for sale in our Merch Box and Memorabilia tent with the exception of Vintage Jerseys. Vintage Jerseys are only available online.
3. How do I get my Pre-Ordered Items?
We aim to deliver all pre-ordered items as quickly as possible and will publish approximate dates of arrival. We recieve our good on time lines determined by the manufacturer. We aim to be as transparent as possible.
4. Can i pick up my goods at a Bandits home game?
Yes! Pick up will be an available 2 weeks from our first home game and be available through the season. Your purchases will be availble for pick up at the Merch Box.
5. Can i get a refund?

All orders will be dispatched on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
All domestic parcels are sent via Australia post with the intention of getting your order to your door as quickly as possible.
You will be sent a tracking number via email which will enable you to see where your items are.

7. I am missing an item from my order. What should I do?
If you are missing an item from your order please contact the BanditsShop within 7 days of receiving it.
8.The item I want is out of stock, when will more available?
9. What methods of payment do you accept?
Through our secure payment gateway, we can accept payment via MasterCard and VISA. If you wish to use American Express your payment will need to be processed via PayPal.
